Returns Policy

If the item is returned with the original receipt, packaging and without alteration, wear or damage within 30 days of recieving your purchase (Extended to mid January for pre-Christmas purchases) we will happily exchange or make a refund (excluding Pierced ear fittings, customised, commissions and postage) We would suggest for your own security to return items using the Royal Mail Special Delivery method when posting within the UK and FEDEX for International posting.
