| Amethyst and pearl earrings. The combination of the 8mm faceted amethyst stone, a 7mm high grade freshwater pearl, the small lilac swarovski crystal and then finally finished with a tiny seed pearl at the top of the earring which are all secured through the centre with a solid bar of silver, you can select your choise of fitting, between the continental or some times call a lever back fitting which gives a longer drop length, or a stud with a butterfly or sometimes called a scroll back. | This design has a little soft sparkle by using the small 3mm firebead in lasered 9ct gold between the pearls. The bottom drop pearl is 7mm the top pearl approx 4mm and all secured with a solid gold pin through the centre, also complimenting necklace designs in the "white pearl necklace" and the "wedding" section. | For those who do not have pierced ears the traditional method of securing a pearl earring to the lobe is with this screw back fitting. By slipping the component under the ear lobe then slowly screwing the back plate in towards the back of the ear lobe until it feels comfortable but secure.
