Where stated your pearls will arrive in solid grained glossy wooden presentation boxes, which highlight the quality of your purchase, enhance any gift and provide ideal storage. Other perhaps smaller items such as charms will be placed in Black and Gold soft pouches and cute little bags with handles. A certificate of Authenticity will accompany your order giving full details of the item including a true value which is often double that of the amount actually paid. A leaflet and a card will also accompany your order giving useful tips on how to look after your pearls for the years to come. Sometimes you may be ordering a surprise gift, and we want it to be the best kept secret, so although we are required to give senders details on the package, we only use an abbriavation so that if the recipient should see it, it is not obvious that it is pearls. | | Delivery Schedule
Delivery methods will be the most convenient to yourself, for items that are already in stock, despatch is instigated within 48 hrs of receiving your order (providing our payment terms have been complied with) a signature is required at your designated delivery address. If we are stringing or preparing the item/s for you then delivery will be within 7 working days. If you have a deadline date, please enter this on your order.
UK delivery is usually by Royal Mail, Special delivery Service. This ensures that the content is insured and delivered the day following posting. The recipient will be required to sign upon delivery. £5.95 is charged to cover Postage, Packing and Handling to anywhere in the UK. We will only ever charge delivery once on each order, if for some reason an item is delayed and sent under separate delivery, it will be for our own account.
Worldwide delivery charges will be notified by email. International deliveries will be by secure carrier according to the Country of residence and weight of package, Rest assure the safest and most cost effective method will be chosen and clearly notified at the point of ordering.
