Tasteful and appropriate packaging is chosen for your pearls. Where stated your pearls will arrive in solid grained glossy wooden presentation boxes, which highlight the quality of your purchase, enhance any gift and provide ideal storage. Other perhaps smaller items such as charms will be placed in Black and Gold soft pouches and cute little bags with handles. A certificate of Authenticity will accompany your order giving full details of the item including a true value which is often double that of the amount actually paid. A leaflet and a card will also accompany your order giving useful tips on how to look after your pearls for the years to come. Sometimes you may be ordering a surprise gift, and we want it to be the best kept secret, so although we are required to give senders details on the package, we only use an abbriavation so that if the recipient should see it, it is not obvious that it is pearls.

Delivery Schedule

FREE POST will continue for postage packing and handling to anywhere in the UK.

Most items are already in stock, particularly earrings, pendants and most bracelets, therefore despatch is instigated within 24 hrs of receiving your order, If we are stringing or preparing the item/s for you then despatch is within 5 working days. If you have a deadline date and it is urgent, please enter this on your order or telephone us on 01580 755777 if you have any queries.

UK delivery is by Royal Mail, Special delivery Service. This ensures that the content is insured to the correct level, trackable and delivered the day following posting. A recipient will be required to sign upon delivery. Free post will continue for postage packing and handling to anywhere in the UK.

International deliveries will be by secure carrier according to the Country of residence, for countries within Europe the P & P charge is £12.50. International worldwide charge is £17.50. Rest assured that the safest and most cost effective method will be chosen and clearly notified at the point of ordering. Expected time of receiving your order within Europe is within 6 days and Worldwide within 10 days (for returning goods please see Guarantee and return policy details)
