Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Cataloge and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from outside the United Kingdom, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta Maestro etc. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or safely over the Internet.

| Shipping And Handling Tasteful and appropriate packaging is chosen for your pearls. Where stated your pearls will arrive in solid grained glossy wooden presentation boxes, which highlight the quality of your purchase, enhance any gift and provide ideal storage. Other perhaps smaller items such as charms will be placed in Black and Gold soft pouches and cute little bags with handles. A certificate of Authenticity will accompany your order giving full details of the item including a true value which is often double that of the amount actually paid. A leaflet and a card will also accompany your order giving useful tips on how to look after your pearls for the years to come. Sometimes you may be ordering a surprise gift, and we want it to be the best kept secret, so although we are required to give senders details on the package, we only use an abbriavation so that if the recipient should see it, it is not obvious that it is pearls. |
Delivery Schedule Delivery methods will be the most convenient to yourself, for items that are already in stock, despatch is instigated within 24 hrs of receiving your order (providing our payment terms have been complied with) a signature is required at your designated delivery address. If we are stringing or preparing the item/s for you then posting will be within 7 days.
FREEPOST UK DELIVERY is usually by Royal Mail, Special delivery Service. This ensures that the content is insured and delivered the day following posting. The recipient will be required to sign upon delivery. We will only ever charge delivery once on each order, if for some reason an item is delayed and sent under separate delivery, it will be for our own account.
EUROPEAN CHARGES £12.50 for Postage and Packaging.
WORLDWIDE CHARGES £17.50 Postage and Packaging. International deliveries will be by secure carrier according to the Country of residenc, rest assured the safest and most cost effective method will be chosen and clearly notified at the point of ordering. Returns Policy If the item is returned with the original receipt, packaging and without alteration, wear or damage within 30 days of recieving your purchase, we will happily exchange or make a refund (excluding Pierced ear fittings, customised, commissions and postage) We would suggest for your own security to return items using the Royal Mail Special Delivery method when posting within the UK and FEDEX for International posting.
